Over eight Saturday morning Zoom sessions, participants receive the education, protocols, and community. Each week focuses on both the mind-body science and practical tools so women can move from merely surviving to thriving.

Participants will be gently nudged back to reclaim and nurture their divine humanness through daily practices of meditation, mindfulness, reflective journaling, and the powerful Self-Coaching Model. This workshop will empower participants to use technology mindfully while preserving empathy, vulnerability, creativity, intimacy, and our innate human potential.
